Vice President The preconstruction process is critical to the successful completion of a project. Tucker works closely with both the development and construction departments coordinating preconstruction activities to ensure that the project is completed on-time and on-budget. He has worked on the leasing, marketing, estimating, project management, development, deal structuring and financing of various projects. His breadth of experience has been instrumental in ensuring that each project results in an effective and efficient construction process and a product that meets the specific needs of the end user.
