Ted has worked in the construction phase of development for more than 34 years. Having worked as both a general contractor and developer, he has acquired extensive experience in project development and construction management. His attention to detail as well as cost and scheduling expertise ensure the timely and successful completion of projects. His knowledge of conceptual and design development, along with a thorough understanding of the clients' needs, guarantees a cost effective and quality project. His construction experience includes the construction of several million square feet of space over the past 30 years.
