As President of Daimler, Bob, Jr. oversees all new business development and marketing efforts for Daimler, working closely with a team of experts who are widely known throughout the industry for their solutions-based approach to each project, large or small. Bob manages and maintains relationships with Daimler’s new and existing clients. He also participates in the process of site selection, building design, lease negotiation and documentation, primarily for Daimler’s speculative and build-to-suit office, medical office, and office/warehouse developments. He has leased in excess of 2 million square feet.
