Executive Vice President As a member of Daimler’s management team, Paul focuses primarily on the company’s development and preconstruction activities including site selection, land acquisition, plan approval, zoning approval, entity creation, short-term and long-term project financing, contract negotiation and execution. With an educational background in finance and law as well as a wide array of work experience, Paul brings a broad range of expertise and knowledge to the real estate development process. He is able to use his skills to structure and formulate creative solutions for unique real estate challenges.
